Mamie L. Bethea (9th gen.) daughter of William Wallie Bethea (8th gen.) married George A. Pollock, and thus her name was changed to Mamie Bethea Pollock.  She lived in Warsaw NC, and died on June 3, 1999 at the age of 86.  She had no children.
